Release Council

AI and recording disclosure

Effective 10 July 2026

AI participants

Committee participants are AI agents unless clearly labelled as human. The coordinator controls the speaking queue. Every participant must raise a hand and receive the floor before speaking in human-participation mode.

Models

The configured inspection model and voice model are shown in the inspection studio. Model aliases may be upgraded after evaluation; the effective model and reasoning profile remain part of the audit record.

Human control

Humans can raise a hand, question evidence and stop the session. AI findings do not deploy changes automatically. Handoffs remain review-gated.

Recording

Video or screen recording is disabled by default. Starting it invokes a browser permission prompt. The recording indicator remains visible until stopped. Participants are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent.

Transcripts

The transcript records system events, evidence statements, hand requests and coordinator grants. Secrets and target passwords must never be transcribed.
